The Study of Relationship between Transformational Leadership and Organizational Effects in Public Relief Medical Welfare Organization

Abstract
This paper was designed to investigate what influences have effect on organizational effect according to leadership, empowerment, and communication among members to obtain the utmost goal of public relief medical organization which is one of the social welfare institutes. Theoretical implications of this study were as follows. First, sub-factors of transformational leadership were empirically proven to be three factors such as charisma, motivation and personal work encouragement. Second, empowerment component factors were proven to be three factors such as self-decision, ability and influential power. Third, except for relationship between communication and organizational effect, there were positive relationships among transformational leadership, empowerment, communication and organizational effect that support results of previous studies. However, smooth and easy communication does not guarantee organizational effectiveness at least in public aid organization. This study has some limitations and they are works which should be resolved in future.
